Flexible exam definition
Subject, learning outcome, question count, booklet type and score weights are defined per exam and can be stored as institution-wide templates.
Optical form reading
After bulk reading, unreadable or unmatched forms are collected in a separate list and corrected on screen.
Virtual optical form and photo capture
Students mark the exam in their own account on an on-screen optical form. A paper form can be photographed or uploaded; the marks read are confirmed and scored by the same rules as paper forms.
Scoring formulas
Net score, penalty coefficients and weighted score formulas are defined by the institution. TYT, AYT, YDT, LGS and school exams; AYT is matched to TYT automatically.
Outcome and topic analysis
Question-to-outcome mapping produces success distributions at student, class, branch and institution level, plus a wrong-and-blank outcome report.
Single-PDF report pack
Choose provinces, districts and institutions from the tree; lists, report cards and analyses are prepared in one PDF or one file per institution.
Exam dashboard
Participation by term and institution, a list of absentees, an institution matrix and a class summary on one screen; widgets are enabled per role.
Video solutions
Publishers' solution videos are watched from the student's exam result screen.
Nationwide exam applications
An open application page per publisher; institutions apply by choosing province, district and school, and applications are approved on screen.
Audit trail
Score changes, objection outcomes and recalculations are written to history together with the acting user.
