Yes. With Orion's iOS and Android app, students, parents, teachers and managers reach exam results, homework, payment plans and announcements according to their permissions, and notifications arrive instantly.

Yes. The Accounting and Finance module manages accounts, purchase and sales invoices, cheques and notes, the cash book, VAT and foreign currency; collections from parents settle the student's instalments directly. The Purchasing module links request, approval, order and goods receipt to Accounting.

Yes. Modules are designed to work independently. You could start with assessment only and add student administration the following term. Used together, they share the same student and term data.

Fee types, discounts, scoring formulas, report-card templates, booklet rules and the permission structure are all defined per institution. Most of this is managed on screen, without code changes.

Bulk exam evaluation and report-card generation were built with high-participation exams in mind, on a bulk-processing pipeline. We size the server configuration together based on your scale.

The management application and the student portal are available in Turkish and English. Users can change their own language.

Yes. Student, guardian, staff, class and historical term data are migrated during onboarding. We review your data structure together beforehand and produce a mapping plan.

It depends on the number of modules, the volume of data to migrate and how much institution-specific configuration is needed. We provide a dated plan after the discovery meeting.

It is possible, though the start or end of a term is usually preferred. In mid-term switches we typically bring assessment live first and move financial processes at the new term.

Yes. We deliver role-based training for management, teaching and student administration teams. The application also carries screen-level help content.

Two options: on your own servers (on-premise) or in a hosting environment we provide. The choice follows your data policy.

Access is role and permission based, and every screen has its own permission family. Critical records keep a change history and application logs are stored centrally. Students and parents approve the privacy notice on first login.

If we host, regular backups and restore tests are part of the service. On your own servers, we define the backup policy together.

Modules work over APIs and API access is token protected. We can assess integration needs with your existing accounting, SMS or coaching systems.
